Free online introductory meeting (15 min.)
If you are interested in an orthomolecular consultation and what this can mean for you, we can schedule a free online introductory meeting. Here you can tell your story, your questions, your complaints and I can share my knowledge and skills with you. This way we can estimate together whether I can help you. Intake consultation (60 min.)
Preferably face to face
During the intake consultation I will further zoom in on your 'complaints'. Prior to this meeting I will send you an extensive intake form and Braverman test. After analyzing this data, I will take a closer look at certain complaints you experience and provide you with clarification about the inconveniences. I will always approach this from a holistic approach, so that you learn to understand the coherence of aspects. With this I hopefully give you the right motivation to reset your system with small steps.
If additional research is required, we will always do this in consultation.

Ben jij geinteresseerd in een orthomoleculair consult en wat dit voor jou kan betekenen dan kunnen we een gratis online kennismakingsgesprek met elkaar inplannen. Hierin kun je jouw verhaal kwijt, je vragen, je klachten en kan ik mijn kennis en kunde met jou delen. Zo kunnen we samen inschatten of ik jou kan helpen en moet het uiteraard goed voor jou voelen. Als jij interesse hebt in een kennismakinggesprek plan dan hier je gratis call.
Intake consultation (60 min.)

Tijdens het intakeconsult zal ik verder inzoomen op jouw ‘klachten’. Vooraf aan dit gesprek zal ik jou een uitgebreide intakeformulier en Braverman test toe zetten. Vanuit deze gegevens die ik van jou heb ontvangen zal ik dieper uitvragen naar bepaalde klachten die jij ervaart en jouw verheldering geven over de oorzaak van de ongemakken die jij ervaart. Dit zal ik altijd vanuit een holistische benadering aanpakken, zodat jij de samenhang van aspecten leert begrijpen. Hiermee geef ik jou hopelijk de juiste motivatie om met kleine stapjes jouw systeem te resetten.

Follow-up consultation (60 min.)
Online or face-to-face depending on your wish/travel time
Tijdens dit consult werk ik een uitgebreid adviesplan voor jou uit. Ik probeer altijd met jou omstandigheden rekening te houden en we zullen niet meteen alles overboord gooien. Dit doen we samen met jou naar behoefte van jouw tempo en wensen. Ik zal jouw coach zijn en jou de juiste handvaten proberen te geven om je levenskwaliteit te optimaliseren. Afhankelijk van de complexiteit kunnen we eventueel vervolgconsulten inplannen.
Het resetten van jouw systeem kost vaak veel tijd en moeite. Het zal geen quick fix zijn. We gaan samen back to your base en doen we dit samen stapsgewijs op de klachten die jij het meest vervelend ervaart.
Additional blood and/or excrement tests
Afhankelijk van de behoefte en wens kunnen we tijdens het intake consult bepalen of er behoefte is aan aanvullend onderzoek(en). De tarieven zijn variabel en kunnen tijdens het eerste consult worden besproken.

Prices for consultations are based on direct and indirect time. Think of developing advice plans, analyzing research and answering questions.
Unfortunately, consultations cannot be reimbursed from the (additional) insurance.
Follow-up consultation (60 min.)
Online or face-to-face depending on your wish/travel time
During this consultation I will work out an extensive advice plan for you. I always try to take into account your circumstances and we will not immediately throw everything overboard. We do this together according to your needs and wishes. I will be your coach and try to give you the right tools to optimize your quality of life. Depending on the complexity, we can possibly schedule further follow-up consultations.
Resetting your system often takes a lot of time and effort. It won't be a quick fix. We go back to your base together and we do this step by step looking at the complaints that you experience as the most annoying.
Additional blood and/or excrement tests
Depending on the need and wish, we can determine during the intake consultation whether there is a need for additional research(s). The rates are variable and can be discussed during the first consultation.
